init-exercises.sh: maxdepth auf 3 korrigiert

Die Übungsverzeichnisse liegen zwei Ebenen unterhalb der Wurzel
(z.B. vorlagen/springkafka/technik-check/), daher muss find mit
-maxdepth 3 nach build.gradle suchen, nicht -maxdepth 2.
