CLAUDE.md: Breadcrumb-Verhalten und Implementierung dokumentieren

Invariante: Breadcrumb = kanonischer Nav-Pfad = fettgedruckter Pfad im
Sitemap-Menü. Beschreibt Implementierung für alle drei Bereiche (About,
Projects, Blog) und benennt Abweichungen explizit als Bugs.
