Step 11: Hugo-Konfigurationsdateien entfernen

Entfernt aus dem Astro-Branch:
- hugo.yaml (Hugo-Konfiguration, nicht mehr benötigt)
- archetypes/default.md (Hugo-Archetyp für neue Content-Dateien)
- inventory.md (Migrations-Analyse-Dokument aus Schritt 1)
