refactor: `RestProducer` wird explizit erzeugt

* `ApplicationConfiguration` eingeführt.
* Um eine bessere Kontrolle über die verwendeten Parameter zu erhalten,
  wird `RestProducer` jetzt explizit in `ApplicationConfiguration` erzeugt.
* `KafkaProducer` wird in `ApplicationConfiguration` erzeugt und in
  `RestProducer` hereingereicht.
