Added a docker-setup to serve the combined data during development
* The site-content is now spearated from frontend itself.
* Therefore, a setup for Docker-Compose was added for development, that
serves the combined data.

* Newly generated site-content
** `hibernate-maven-plugin:2.1.2-SNAPSHOT`
** `http-resources:2.0.0`
** `maven-thymeleaf-skin:1.1.0`
* Used the added parameters to tune the additional information, that is
needed for the refinement of the layout.
