GraphApiErrorHandler only handles status-code 400 BAD REQUEST

Alle error-responses of the Facebook Graph-API are send with the
HTTP-status-code 400 BAD REQUEST. 401 UNAUTHORIZED and 403 FORBIDDEN are
not used.
